The meeting will commence at the regular time, only through each of your own computers/ desktops / laptops or phones.

• You simply follow the steps to login to the meeting.

• Have your video and audio on, so you can be seen and heard
• DURING the meeting, you can mute yourself so background noise won’t be a problem
• You can follow this link at any time to TEST this technology. That way you’ll be ready for the meeting.
• During the meeting, you can un-mute yourself to give your commercial, and obviously the “Speaker(s) of the day” will unmute during their time.
• Upper RIGHT of video screen has VIEW OPTIONS.
• Choose gallery view so all members present are shown.
• When any person speaks, their frame will be highlighted… this is a much easier viewing option versus having every person who speaks pop up and dominate your viewing space.
