Every 2nd Sunday of each month, we will have a different theme-focus Guided Meditation with Sound Bath.

Playfulness is an important part of life. It helps us to enjoy ourselves and to cope with certain situations in a more lighthearted way. For April’s guided meditation on “Playfulness”, it will help you reconnect with your own inner child and let it express itself in your everyday life.

Meditating with singing bowls reduces blood pressure more than meditation alone, according to Human Activation Science. It is helpful for anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation or gain the benefits from meditation but has not yet learned how to access it on their own.

A group Sound Bath is a great way to get a taste of what Tibetan singing bowls can do and how your body reacts, reflects, and responds. It allows the vibrations to pass through our bodies, release blockages, quiet the mind, and balance the energies.

Sabrina Huang, a professional Sound Healer, will combine Guided Meditation with this Sound Bath using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowl, sea drum, raindrop stick, wind chime, and Tingsha that will serenade you into a deeply restorative and rejuvenating state.

By integrating the sound and the vibrations from the singing bowls, and the guided meditation for your mind, it will take you on a journey through your different senses into that deep relaxation zone faster, deeper and helps you to stay there longer. The immune system is at its best when we are relaxed. Thereby making your whole experience greater than the sum of its parts.

Those who undergo a state of deep relaxation often report a feeling of mental freshness that they carry with them after the session is over.

Sunday 4/12, 4:30-6:00 pm (Doors open at 4:00 pm, doors lock, and the session begin at 4:30pm).

Private parking lot available behind the building.

Cost:

$35.00 General Admission (Limit 15 participants)

What to bring:

• Please bring a yoga mat (thick padded mat work best), pillow, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, and anything that will make you feel more comfortable while lying down for 60 minutes. We can provide chairs if you prefer to sit.

• Please wear comfortable clothing.

Please Note:

• This event is not recommended for children under 12 or people with seizures history.

• Doors open at 4:00pm, doors lock, and the session begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, check-in, to get settled and comfortable.

• NO LATE ADMITTANCE.

Sabrina Huang, a certified Sound Healing and Hypnotherapy practitioner believes our five senses plus our powerful mind that we can self-heal if we allow it. Once participants have made themselves comfortable they can begin to submerge in sound waves created by the Tibetan singing bowls and ready to be washed in sound waves that cleanse the body, mind and soul, and to go inward on their own terms.
