Plant the Revolution; A Cultural Movement Panel

On January 28 at Gracias Madre, Elmhurst 1925 is bringing together some of the top voices in the plant-based industry including food scientist Cheryl Mitchell, Beyond Meat founder and CEO Ethan Brown, and actress and advocate Alicia Silverstone, for "Plant the Revolution: A Cultural Movement," a conversation about the plant-based lifestyle, how it manifests in our everyday lives and its impact on the future of our communities.

The event celebrates healthy, sustainable and plant-based alternatives and welcomes people with all diets and lifestyles to learn, snack and enjoy!
