PizzaYOLO: Pizza Class & Wine Tasting

PizzaPlex wants to share its love for Neapolitan pizza-making and Italian wine and invites you to learn how to make Vera Pizza Napoletana in our kitchen and drink wine with our staff!

This three hour, private class will take place when the restaurant is normally closed to the public and includes:

- A tasting of our Campania wines (for those who wish to partake) and some of our favorite Italian cheeses

- A how-to on dough prep and review of pizza ingredient fundamentals

- A lesson on making pizza fly and baking in a wood-fired oven

- Enjoying a pizza and making your own to take home

Participants will bring home the dough they prepare in class, with instructions on how to prepare them at home, as well as a customized wine key.  

Make new friends, or come with a group of friends or wo-workers and make some pizza. It's great for a date night or team building! 

(12 person limit per class - must register by the Saturday before class or your spot will not be guaranteed)
