This is a technical workshop for professionals using drones in their practice. The workshop will introduce you to creating accurate reconstructions and improving your results. It is an in-person event taught by Pix4D staff.

You may attend one workshop, or bundle your registration to attend both workshops, while supplies last.

Q: What is a Pix4D User Workshop?
A: A Pix4D User workshop is geared towards those who are getting started. We will address best practices for data acquisition and basic processing options and workflows. While the workshop can be attended without any previous exposure to Pix4Dmapper, we stongly recommend that you process at least one project prior to attending to get the most out of the workshop. This workshop is primarily composed of a presentation and ends with a real time project processing demonstration.

Q: What is a Pix4D Intermdiate User Workshop?
A: A Pix4D Intermediate User workshop is intended for anyone who has attended a Pix4D User Workshop, processed a number of Pix4Dmapper projects, or watched Pix4D's Video Academy. These qualifications are not mandatory to attend the Intermediate User Workshop but are strongly recommended. Throughout the day we will address practical workflows and projects within the Pix4Dmapper interface, as you follow along during the hands-on exercises. This workshop is primarily composed of hands-on exercises, during which time you can follow along using image sets that are provided to you.

Q: Does any hotel offer group or discount rates as part of this workshop? Is there a recommended hotel?

Hotel group rates are not available as part of this workshop.

Q: When does the workshop take place? What time does the workshop start and finish.
A: Doors to the venue open and registration begins at 8:30 AM. The presentation begins at 9:00 AM. The presentation ends at 5:30 PM.

Q: Do I need a license to Pix4Dmapper to attend the workshop?
A: It is not necessary that you own a license to Pix4Dmapper to attend the workshop. If you do not own a license to Pix4Dmapper you will be provided with a license for the duration of the workshop.

Q: Should I bring my laptop to the User Workshop?
A: You are welcome to bring your laptop computer to the workshop to follow along during the live demonstration. If you choose to bring your own laptop we recommend that it run Windows and comprise at least 16 GB RAM, 20 GB free hard drive space, and a GPU that supports OpenGL 3.2. Computers will not be provided on the day of the workshop. Computers running Mac OS are not supported at this time.

Q: I purchased a discounted 30-day license to Pix4Dmapper Pro when I registered. May I redeem my license now? When can I redeem my license?
A: If you purchase a discounted 30-day license to Pix4Dmapper Pro when registering for the workshop, the license will be provided to you onsite on the day of the workshop. If you would like to start processing with Pix4Dmapper Pro before the workshop, please either request a trial license from the Pix4Dmapper Welcome Tab, or purchase a license at https://mapper.pix4d.com/store. The 30-day license can be redeemed at any time during, or after, the workshop.

Q: Is it possible to purchase more than one 30-day license to Pix4Dmapper Pro when I register?
A: Every attendee is entitled to purchase one discounted 30-day license to Pix4Dmapper Pro.

Q: Can I attend the workshop remotely by WebEx, phone, or conference call?
A: The workshop may be attended in person and is not available for remote attendance.

Q: Is food provided at the workshop?
A: Lunch will be provided onsite during the workshop.

Q: Are discounts available for educational institutions or non-profit organizations?
A: We are unable to offer discounts for educational institutions or non-profit organizations.

Q: Refund policy
