Pilates is a series of specific movements designed to strengthen the powerhouse muscles of the abdomen, back, and waist (torso). The form focuses on strengthening the core, making movements more fluid, and balancing the body, all coupled with focused breathing patterns. This class is suitable for beginners who are new to Pilates.

Sessions are 6 or 7 Wednesdays from 4:15 - 5:15 pm
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Session 1: January 8, 15, 22, 29; February 5, 19 (except February 12)
Session 2: March 4, 11, 18, 25; April 15, 22 (except April 1, 8)
Session 3: April 29; May 6, 13, 20, 27; June 3, 10
Session 4: June 17, 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22
Prerequisite: Ability to get up and down from floor without assistance.
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
