This Pie Session will be a lesson in taking pie dough and then turning it into a blind crust for baking our favorite custard pies such as Pecan, Chess, Quiche, Pumpkin, etc. We will have a lesson in handling pie dough, rolling and baking a "blind" crust, making and using decorative cut-outs, and baking them off with pecan and quiche fillings. Pies will be baked during class so you will have time for plenty of questions and answers and hanging out with your new pie-loving friends.
Tickets for class includes all of your ingredients, recipes with tips and tricks and a drink ticket for the bar.
(Please note, we often have long wait lists for our pie classes. Tickets to class are non-refundable if you cancel without more than 72 hours notice. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of class, you are welcome to email us, and we will offer your spot to a person on the waiting list. If it is taken by someone waiting, we will refund your ticket. You are also welcome to give your ticket to a friend and they can attend in your place.)
