Our March speaker series session is going to be ????????????‍♂️!!!! We have Dell Gines as our featured speaker!
You all know Dell from his work in our local start-up community, and his conversations/work on equity in economic development, and his recent report on black women’s impact on the startup community.
Well we are excited to have Dell talk to our “family” about his work, and what inspires him to do what he is passionate about. We will also have an opportunity to have a Q&A afterwards.

Dell Gines, is a community and economic development professional who works as a Senior Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Dell specializes in grow your own, entrepreneurship led economic development, strategies. In his role at the Federal Reserve Bank he has been fortunate to be able to do many innovative programs and activities to help communities become economically vibrant and dynamic. ​A particular passion of his is economic development in inner-city and rural communities.
