PETE WILLSON was the lead guitarist and a vocalist in the progressive local rock four-piece LIQUID GARDENS. Last we saw PETE was in November opening for Sports Boyfriend as he debuted some of his solo material to an incredibly pleased audience. About a half a year later and Mr. Willson comes out of hiding as he’s fleshed these songs out with the band THE ROOKS blaring behind him. We’ve gotten a sneak peek to some of his soon-to-be-released bangers and boy oh boy are these some explosive rippers. If it’s anything like his performance in the fall, we’re in for a truly tender and enlightening treat.
