Performance Reviews in GMS (Law Center)
Performance Reviews in GMS is a 45 minute course facilitated by the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Team and designed for staff and AAP employees as well as their managers. The course will include an overview of all of the steps required to complete the Annual Performance Review process in GMS. Instructors will offer real-time demonstration of each of the steps in the business process, highlighting system requirements. Attendees will learn how to complete the self-evaluation form, the manager evaluation, and the remaining approval and acknowledgment steps which comprise the entire business process.
Please note: this course is intended as a system demonstration of the performance review business process in GMS. The Department of Human Resources also offers distinct training courses for managers and employees which address the annual review and performance management as a continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing employee skills.
