About the Instructor: Heather Kinzie
Heather is a partner with The Strive Group and serves as COO. Heather offers engaging facilitation services including strategic planning, organizational performance and improvement, and team building. She serves as a coach to all levels of management and develops and presents traditional training, on-demand training and webinars covering topics such as leadership and supervision, behavioral skills and competencies, and compliance issues.
