Led by Giulia's Executive Chef, you will discover the secret and art to pasta making. From mixing the ingredients to kneading and cutting the dough, you will learn every step of making pasta all by yourself. Throughout the class Chef will teach you tricks for making the perfect pasta; from the different uses for different flours, to the best sauces for each noodle and ingredients you can source from your own pantry.
Your hands-on cooking class at Giulia culminates with a delicious meal of hand-made pasta as well as an appetizer, dessert and two paired wines. Small groups is what makes this unique class even more customizable, with availability for 6-15, each new chef will get time to work closely with the Executive Chef and get to know everybody in the room. The evening will start and end in the relaxed environment of Giulia's private dining room, but each class will head down to the main kitchen where they will roll and cut their dough on Giulia's custom pasta table.
