Partner Open Prep 2018

We are excited to announce a fresh new twist to our Open Prep Competition! The competition will take place on February 17th, 2018 at Valor Strength & Conditioning . This year we will be offering a Partner competition! The best part about this year’s competition is all workouts will be previous years CrossFit Open WODs!!! Rx Division: Mixed Gender Scale Division: Mixed Gender We know that facing a competition can be intimidating, and with the 2018 Open approaching, we wanted to offer a FUN environment to encourage all members of any gym to sign up and participate. Our hope is that we can spark a fire so that you see the enjoyment in participating in a competition. We want everyone to learn how to be part of a team and how to test the limits of their fitness! This will be a great opportunity for any athlete to participate in their first or their 10th competition, and we encourage all to sign up! Using previous Open workouts will allow us a format that all levels can participate, as well as allowing more experienced athletes a gauge from previous Open performance. We will offer cash prizes for the first place winners of each division. The more people that sign up, the better the prizes! We will also offer some great prizes from our sponsors as well!
