Parent & Toddler Yoga

Do you want to be as flexible as your toddler? Families find fun and calm practicing yoga poses and breathing exercises together. Ages 18-months to 3-years old Space is limited and registration is required.This class will be held the first and third Tuesday of each month, March through July, 10 – 10:45 a.m.*Class not held March 17 or June 2 $12 per parent/child pair, $6 for membersexplore membership here.
