An important aspect of developing Executive Functioning (EF) skills is the ability to manage oneself and one’s behavior.

Attend this session to learn more about EF and the relationship of the mind and body in developing self-awareness. You will learn about strategies to increase self-monitoring and self-regulation in kids with EF challenges and leave with resources to support you and your child.
