Fetal positions are clues, not random events, to the body’s need which once met can then allow the birth to flow. Spinning Babies® is the fastest rising approach to meet the cesarean crisis. Physiology Before Force(**) means we recognize medical interventions may be necessary but only after body-based techniques are tried.
After this workshop you will be able to:

Facilitate comfort in pregnancy and ease in childbirth
Ideintify and apply techniques to reduce long labors or cesareans
Add fresh solutions for long and/or posterior labor, labor dystocia and labor pain
Resolve labor stalls with Spinning Babies® Three Levels Solutions℠

Who is this workshop for? We welcome all birth workers, Doulas, Doctors, Childbirth Educators, Midwives, Labor and Delivery Nurses are welcome. We also welcome pregnancy bodyworkers, such as, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, etc., who work with pregnancy. Prenatal yoga instructors to attend.

Continuing Education: American College of Nurse Midwifery (ACNM) and MEAC have awarded this course with 7 CEU credits. Doulas may often use the document of attendance to obtain contact hours; check with your organization. We do not have CMEs or bodywork education credits.
Details: We will take a 90-minute break at 12:30.  Bring a lunch or go out with new friends.
Please help our class have available by bringing any of the following:

A Pillow, a yoga mat, a Rebozo
A massage table – please let Alyson know if you can bring one or two! Display your business card if you bring one.
A birth ball if it’s easy (no need to buy one!)
One peanut ball, medium size (Anyone?)

If you are in your final month of pregnancy you may inquire about being our class model.
Babies in arms (4 months or younger) are welcome.
