Young Yogis

Young Yogis teaches young people to live joyfully, mindfully and peacefully through yoga. Contact us at youngyogis@comcast.com. Classes are held through Corepower Park Meadows, South Suburban Parks & Recreation, Douglas County School District and Metro Districts, Highlands Ranch. Classes change often, so check the website for updates at http://www.youngyogis.net. Young Yogis also provides youth yoga instruction at local schools, mommy groups, community outreach programs. Young Yogis shares the joy of yoga with youth in the south Denver area. Young Yogis bend, stretch and strengthen both body and mind in a fun-based and engaging environment. Kids and teens will learn to take a breath, take a break and celebrate their unique path in the world.
