YogaLoft provides classical yoga instruction for all levels of students in a beautiful uplifting studio in downtown Sheboygan. YogaLoft provides classical yoga instruction including vinyasa, yoga strength, restorative, gentle hatha, yoga nidra, and meditation. Private lessons are available for students who are interested in customizing classes to meet their specific challenges and strengths. YogaLoft also offers a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program which not only trains students in the art of becoming a yoga teacher, but can also be used to strengthen your personal yoga practice and create a path of authentic living.
