We practice yoga in the Hatha tradition, as described by Svatmarama--the author of Hatha Yoga Pradipika. In the lessons we do asanas, special sequences that have positive effects on our bodies, psychology and energy. The sequences are designed in such a way that energy in our body awakens and multiplies. We use pranayamas and we do exercises to control our inhalations and exhalations.
