Rhea  Society for Ethical Culture  Tuesday 7.30-8.45pm: pre-natal class, Marcia location to be announced Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm: mixed level flow, Joanne Society for Ethical Culture Thursday 9.30-10.45am: level 1 Iyengar class, Henriet  Society for Ethical Culture Sundays: 10.00-11.15am: mixed level class continues! enjoy lovely September weather at Wave Hill Gardens - outdoor class, weather permitting, to check call 718.549.3200 x 245 after 8.00am of that morning  Yoga for Bliss is based in Riverdale, Bronx, New York City. We use several locations to offer you weekly classes in various styles of Hatha yoga, pre-natal yoga, and chair yoga for seniors. Within the structure of our classes, you can work at your own ability level in a non-competitive, peaceful atmosphere, discovering your own journey towards health, balance, and bliss. Our highly competent and attentive instructors will do their best to enable you get the most benefit from each class.
