Writers in Progress

Writers in Progress is the Valley's Literary Arts Center. We offer small, supportive writing workshops and retreats. Founded in 1992 by Dori Ostermiller, we've been helping writers discover their voices and complete their projects for two decades. Writers in Progress' mission is to provide the community, inspiration and editorial guidance to enhance writers' lives and work. Our small workshops and one-on-one mentoring support attract people who want to take their writing to the next level in an encouraging environment. Located at the Brushwork Arts & Industry Building in Florence, MA, we also host a Live Literature reading series.
