Willow Brook High School Learning Center

Willow Brook High School Learning Center is a small public high school, under the umbrella of Mattole Valley Charter School. Willow Brook High School Learning Center has a daily program from 8:30 AM through 3:30 PM Mondays through Thursdays during the regular school year. We also have independent study in which students meet with their main teacher once a week at a designated time before or after classes. Since WBHSLC is a public charter school, there is no cost to attend. At any given time, you will find between 20 and 25 students enrolled in the daily program. Willow Brook covers California High School standards, and is WASC accredited. Our school works best for students who, for whatever reason, are not comfortable is a larger public high school setting. There are two classrooms, one homeroom teacher, and a few other teachers who come in and teach classes in their areas of expertise.
