Willamette Valley Community Health

Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) is a coordinated care organization (CCO) serving residents of Marion and Polk counties in Oregon. WVCH’s CCO is a group of all types of health care providers and partners who work together to provide health services to people on Medicaid/the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) in our community. Instead of just treating patients when they get sick, the plan is set up so that those who provide care — doctors, counselors, nurses — are better able to manage existing health conditions, prevent illness, keep patients healthy and improve care. WVCH brings together the best doctors, nurses, dentists and mental health care and public health providers to deliver the highest level of care to our OHP patients. Our community partners include ATRIO Health Plans, Capitol Dental Care, Marion County, Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network, WVP Health Authority, Northwest Human Services, Inc., Polk County, Salem Clinic, P.C., Salem Health/Salem Hospital, Santiam Memorial Hospital, Silverton Health, West Valley Hospital and Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. We have currently filled our Community Advisory Council and are not seeking applicants.
