"On A Quest To Be Our Best" We teach our kids Karate, starting as young as 3 year of Age. Emphasis is not only placed on teaching the kids self-defense, but to also develop their minds and character. Our goal is to teach each student discipline, focus and respect. The skills we teach our students will help shape the person they will grow up to be. For our Adult students we teach Krav Maga. Krav Maga (Hand to Hand Combat) was originally developed for the Israeli Military, and over time it has evolved into one of the most efficient forms of Self-Defense. Taught to Law Enforcement and Civilians, a practical form of street self-defense designed to use under situations of disadvantage. The mentality of Krav Maga is to defend in order to go home safely.
