Providing Support and Services in West Central Wisconsin Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm United Cerebral Palsy operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Everything recieved is used to directly benefit people with disabilities. United Cerebral Palsy of West Central Wisconsin is currently serving the folowing counties: Eau Claire, St. Croix, Barron, Polk, Trempealeau, Dunn, Pierce, Buffalo, Chippewa, Rusk, Jackson and Pepin.
