Here at T.O.P you are getting high caliber, one on one or group training, with basic equipment that is simple and easy for EVERYONE to use. Primarily, T.O.P trains high caliber athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. However, Tier One Performance trains with anyone, and everyone who is willing to work hard and invest in themselves as well as their health! Everyone is welcome! We have a great balance and wide range of clients, varying from all ages, gender, size and personal goals. Every workout program is subjective and individualized to that clients needs and goals. Everyone is given a program at a level of difficulty that is achievable, no matter what predispositions exist.
