The Spanish Class

The Spanish Class was founded by Sharmini Johnson, a National Board Certified Teacher with a Masters in Education. Following in her parents' footsteps, Sharmini is raising her three children bilingually. They are the inspiration behind The Spanish Class. AN OVERVIEW OF OUR VARIOUS PROGRAMS: Mommy & Me Spanish: Together we will explore Spanish through literature, songs, movement, and imaginative play. Small Group Classes: Homeschool and Afterschool Times The curriculum for school age children is designed to move students from basic Spanish to advanced proficiency by focusing on vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, reading, and writing skills. Private lessons and tutoring also available.
