The Ball Joint Micro-Catering

The Ball Joint is an exciting mobile food and micro-catering concept that makes BALLS of all kinds. Italian, Chicken, Gyro...you name it, we ball it! The idea was born in the minds of Bryan and Amanda Fyock after a New Year's Eve party in 2009, where Bryan mimicked his great-grandmother's recipe for scratch-made, Italian style meatballs. For the next few years, Bryan and Amanda developed the idea, and tested it through pop-up events, ultimately finding that the concept was truly exciting and viable. The Ball Joint officially launched in 2014 as a fully operational, brick & mortar restaurant in Beaver Falls, PA, The Ball Joint enjoyed and immediate and warm reception into the community. After opening a 2nd location, Bryan and Amanda decided that before they put roots down too deeply up north, that they wanted to pack everything up and head south to Florida. Before hammering down stakes, the Fyock's felt it would be best to pretty much re-start the concept from the beginning, through pop-ups, caterings, and other events. Soon enough, it'll be evident where to launch the first brick & mortar Ball Joint in Florida!
