We're making strength training more accessible for people of every body weight, skin color, gender, sexuality, religion & income level. Come train with us! Lis Saunders provides beginner barbell, powerlifting, fat loss and nutrition coaching to clients both online and around Atlanta (at CrossFit Downtown ATL, Citadel Nutrition, and the garage). Everyday life presents plenty of obstacles to keep you from working out. Say you finally make it to the gym. If your trainer is taking selfies rather than helping you--or the place is a meat market--you don't want to go back, right? Lis creates a safe, fun and positive training atmosphere for her clients. She especially enjoys working with anyone turned off by the typical gym atmosphere. One size fits all doesn't work for Speedos and it doesn't work for coaching. Each training program is customized to fit your unique lifestyle and goals. Let's smash the status quo of barbell training. It's not only for dude-bros, and it's not only for bodybuilders. It CAN make you bulky (if you train/eat for that). OR it CAN help you lose fat (if you train/eat for that). Lis provides online coaching services, as well as in-person coaching at CrossFit Downtown Atlanta (215 Chester St, Atlanta 30316), Citadel Nutrition's Training Center (1530 Carroll Dr, #105, Atlanta 30318), and the garage (East Atlanta, by invitation only).
