Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative (TBHC) TBHC focuses on activities that increase options for the marginalized and disenfranchised populations in the Tampa Bay area by strengthening member organizations and building capacity to meet and address the health care needs of our community. Providing training, resources, funding information and networking opportunities for healthcare and/or health-serving organizations to build capacity and be more effective.
