Salsa with Boris

Boris Karabashev is a Latin dance performer and a choreographer that works in Richmond, VA. Trained by European Salsa Champion Alfredo Torres, at the Alfredostyle Dance School in Bulgaria, Boris has performed and competed with this dance company since 2004 until he moved to the States in 2009. With the same dance company he also became European Salsa Champion in team division in 2007 in Bournemouth, UK. In addition to salsa, Boris’s repertoire of dances includes Bachata, Merengue, Kizomba, Salsa Rueda, Hip Hop, Popping, and International Ballroom and Latin Dances. Currently, Boris teaches salsa and kizomba classes, and performs at events Kizomba class and Practica We are hosting twice a week a meet up for anyone that is curious, excited and/or in love with Kizomba. We wish to spread our love for Kizomba in the Richmond Area and to start building a community by providing an hour and a half a week of strictly Kizomba dancing. By demand, we have decided to give a very basic class for the first 60 minutes and then make it a práctica party for the next 60 minutes. This way, everyone is welcome to come in and join us.
