Red Cheetah Yoga

Red Cheetah Yoga was created from a commitment to deliver yoga with integrity to athletes of all kinds, worldwide.  From our humble beginnings servicing the CrossFit community, we have expanded to including mainstream sports and corporate wellness classes of all kinds.  At Red Cheetah, we personally train our instructors in the art of mobility-driven, restorative yoga sequences that best serves fitness athletes and practitioners, athletes and military personnel.  Our services include crystal singing bowl meditations and empowerment seminars, as well as published works in the form of journals on goal-setting, meditation, and prayer and affirmation work.  Our strength as an organization is as a service company: we go to YOU!  Find us in various locations around South Florida teaching yoga classes, meditations, private sessions and events.
