We are a collaborative group of individuals from different parts of the world, all with different backgrounds... the one thing we have in common is our love of rugby and community. Collectively we help individuals to realize their full athletic potential and guide organizations into becoming high performance communities that embrace challenges and thrive in collaborative environments. We work with a number of experienced coaches, players, analysts and other talented individuals that contribute to much of what we do. Rakavii is the product of our experience, truest passions and our love for building athletic communities and culture.
