Property Owners Association of NJ

The POA is a member directed organization. The directors come from a wide range of industries including owners and the businesses that support them. The directors are elected from the membership and the executive director is a professional position. The Property Owners Association of New Jersey, Inc. exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of apartment units and other individuals who work in fields related to the housing industry.
