At the Hip Hop Boot Camp, you will not find your ordinary workout.  Instead, you will find an open space to run, jump, squat, and lift, filled with kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells.  The varied movements target all areas of the body. They are challenging yet effective and safe.  The Hip Hop Boot Camps are designed for all fitness levels.  Our mission is to keep students moving while not over exerting them. The hip hop boot camps are filled with a mixture of old and new school hip hop music. Our clients range in age from 17 to 66 years young.
