Transforming the Human Spirit to do God’s Work Northshore United Church of Christ is an Open and Affirming (ONA) congregation, seeking to welcome all people, including those who may have been excluded in other Christian communities. We try to follow Jesus' prayer for church unity "that they all may be one." We are people of varying heritages, beliefs and colors striving to bring Jesus alive in new traditions. The Bible, which we take seriously but not literally, is our holy scripture. It shows how our ancestors of faith related to God, and it's stories continue to teach. We believe that "There is always more light and truth to shine forth from God's word under the guidance of the Holy Spirit alive in the world today." Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am to 1pm Northshore United Church of Christ (NUCC) is a progressive Christian, open and affirming, justice seeking, greening church.
