In home or workplace visits are ideal for Restorative Yoga Sessions. Let me come to you so we can use props that you have easily accessible. Of course you are welcome to come to me if that suits your needs best. Each individual has the ability to tap into their innate intelligence - a knowing within that balances, enlivens, and safely guides. It is easy to become disconnected from this inner self as we add more and more things to our lives. Together, we will create space for letting go and for being authentically in the present moment. You won't leave the every-day distractions behind - they will certainly come with you! But you will experience a quiet slowing down that will allow you to be with your inner and outer worlds with more ease and balance. ​ When connected to our selves, deep release and groundedness are available.
