My Gym Norwell

We are a children's fitness center offering fun structured classes for children 6 wks to 10 yrs old. We also run birthday parties and 1/2 day programs. My Gym Children's Fitness Center opened in March of 2008. We offer fun classes and birthday parties for children. Our classes are for children 6 weeks to 8 years. Here's what we do for different age groups........ BABIES - Come connect and socialize with other parents with babies! Adults are guided through a program designed to carefully introduce music and movement in a variety of fun ways. Baby exercises, songs, dances, infant-safe rides, unique swings, and many other Parent & Me adventures await the infant-parent team......... WALKING TO PRESCHOOL AGE - Kids are ready to move and explore, and our gym is the perfect place! These classes include songs, dances, pre-gymnastics skill stations, swings, rides, games, puppet shows and more......... PRESCHOOL TO KINDERGARTEN AGE - In addition to having tons of fun with structured games and early gymnastics skills, kids learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills. Children become more independent from their parents and the development of listening and social skills are emphasized........ KINDERGARTEN TO THIRD GRADERS - These classes are designed to help kids refine and master basic gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing, kicking and catching. We are getting children ready for sports and developing confidence in connection with physical activity. These are very active classes that build strength, balance, and coordination.
