Muskingum County Chapter of Ohio Genealogical Society (MCCOGS)

MCCOGS is dedicated to collecting and preserving genealogical and historical records of Muskingum County, Ohio, and to promoting genealogical and historical research. The genealogy library, located on the 2nd floor of the John McIntire Public Library in Zanesville (220 N. 5th St.), is staffed full-time by volunteers who can guide you in your genealogy research, whether you are just a beginner, or seasoned researcher.
