We are a local, independent nonprofit organization serving patients and families in the San Mateo and Santa Clara County area with quality, compassionate end-of-life care and education. Since our founding in 1979, we have provided thousands of patients and families with physical, emotional, and spiritual support throughout the journey from a life-threatening diagnosis through death and bereavement.
