Kunsang Gar is a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Group with emphasis on Dzogchen
practices. Anyone is welcome to attend.
We practice Dzogchen meditation, Nine Round Breathing Practice, meditation on the Natural Mind and teachings on these subjects. We also practice Tibetan Tantric Yoga exercises as preliminaries to meditation. The basic aim is to improve the mind. We practice to develop a positive, happy mind. At first we apply these techniques to daily life in order to understand our mind and help with mental obstacles. Later, when we reach a high level of meditation, this may create a rainbow body.
