Rock Island County's owned and operated state of the art facility serving as the area's largest skilled nursing facility. Hope Creek Care Center is a 245 bed skilled nursing facility, which includes a secured unit for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. We can also accommodate people needing short-term therapy and rehab to get stronger before they can return home.
