Holy Yoga with Bonnie

Bonnie is a registered Yoga teacher and accredited with Holy Yoga Ministries. She offers group classes and private instructions. Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness. At the bright age of 32, I felt that the Lord called me to bridge the gap for Christians to experience Yoga. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2015, at Breath and Body Yoga Studio in Austin Texas, where I had lived for several years prior with my first husband. During the intensive 4 month training, we had began the journey of divorce, causing transformation in all areas of my life and my son's. My training was focused primarily on Baptiste Power Vinyasa and Bowspring. I discovered a passion for assisting and hands-on instruction. July 2015, I completed my Holy Yoga Certification, with the intention to bring worship to Christ through the movement and breath of yoga. I completed the Therapeutic Touch Program with Holy Yoga ministries in August of 2015. You can find more information about Holy Yoga Ministries at www.holyyoga.net The Lord then called me to return back to my hometown, and placed me in an excitingly vibrant church home, I taught my first Holy Yoga class to 8 blessed individuals in February 2016. The Holy Yoga class was opened to the public 4 weeks later and I have opened 4 other classes per week since with over 200 students to date. My Holy Yoga classes are designed to offer space for you to connect with God through breath, movement & meditation, to worshipful music to lead you deeper into your heart space, in the hopes that what we do there, would fill the world with more light and love and Jesus. These classes are supported by donations.
