Legacy Living enables residents to enjoy personal freedom and to maintain their independence. The Shinnick Center is a place of wellness and the perfect alternative to a nursing home. Shinnick Center serves greater Zanesville by offering a caring place to rest, relax and recuperate. Garden Suites require a very small entrance equal to one month’s rental. For Legacy Living and Shinnick Center there is absolutely no entrance fee, no money down or deposit of any sort. You rent month to month and come and go as you please.
