Lets eat veggies all week even in our desserts. We offer a Sunday meal prep where most all of the work is done and the end result is you have plant based meals during the week to feed yourself and your family. How it works: I will source the ingredients and create all of the recipes, do most of the preparation so when you show up for this 1-2 hour session in the kitchen we are ready to assemble our dinners! This way you have local, home cooked meals filled with tons of organic veggies 2-4 days a week ready to go when you are. Delicious meals without the use of animal products or suspicious genetically modified ingredients.
