Everything is here about fitness, how to exercise outdoors and indoors with a positive team and then feel and look better. FizzyFit -Fitness that works out I2I FIT is a readiness for everything (and a little bit more!) for the sake of positive sport exercises and communication! EVERYTHING means running, squatting, pushups, barbells, dumbbells, balls and even swimming in the ocean! The main point is your smiling for example when you are doing a split!;) MORE means about food reduction. In a Russian language there is an expression that says "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with your friend and give an enemy your dinner." The main point is to be able to give joyfully the enemies not only your dinner but breakfast and lunch too, keeping only slim body and shiny eyes when you are looking at yourself in the mirror! Seriously in our trainings we spend two hours outdoors or indoors, it depends on the weather, mood and kind of exercises. The training includes cardio and power working or cardio and active relaxing. And regular reminding about proper nutrition and personal diets are always with us! Each training ends with a joke, for example like this: - I never go to the gym on Mondays. - Why? - Because a lot of people are beginning a new life on Monday. That is why I am coming on Tuesday. Their new life is already over and the gym is empty. ;) Starting a new life with us on Wednesday, you are sure to continue it! Oh, I'll take care. ;) How I am going to take care of you: CARDIO TRAININGS Running Combat (jumping) Step aerobic Swimming (if we are going to the pool) POWER AND FUNCTIONAL TRAININGS Hot Iron ABL (Abdominal - Buttock - Legs) Upper body ABS (Abdominal - Back - Spine) Fit balls Bosu balls RELAXING TRAININGS Balance Stretch Pilates Your fat burning starts only from 40 minutes of cardio work, that is why jumping and running is always with us! For beginner runners I always have an individual approach: learning the correct running technique, shortening the distance. If you are not running, we can pick up other types of works, learn the proper technique of work with weights and muscle relaxation, which is actually not so easy! Twice a year we organize a fitness tour, where we usually lose 5 pounds in 7 days. This May we came to Mexico. We had daily two trainings: two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening. Running, functional training, aqua aerobic, balance, stretch, hiking, adventures! Low carbs diet. No food after 5 pm. Massage every day. And of course we had good mood, sun, ocean and positive team! Next tour we plan in winter. Join us! ABOUT ME: My name is Anna Prasikova. I am for 11 years in fitness, six of which I am doing this professionally. In my youth I engaged in ballroom dancing for five years. After my first child was born I gained 20 pounds. I realized that something needed to be changed in my life. I started running and fell in love with the sport! I was so involved in this process that people around me began to ask, what sport club are you working in? I realized I needed to change my profession. When my second child was three months old, I received a diploma as a fitness instructor and was hired in three gyms at the same time. When I have got my first paycheck I was surprised! I could not believe they paid me for this pleasure. ;) I worked hard. We have successfully lost weight with people. The most significant results in my practice was when my clients lost 40 to 60 pounds. In the summer I usually organized outdoor activities with adults and children. My fitness pictures were used for sports advertisement in Russia. Three years ago our family moved to the United States, and I immediately continued my fitness program. First at all I equipped the garage under the gym and worked there for three years. In June 1st 2016 I moved to a studio in the wonderful area of San Francisco - in the Marina.
