PTO for Five Oaks and Rachel Carson Middle Schools. Mission The mission of the Five Oaks Parent Teacher organization is to promote teamwork, education, communication and understanding between parents, community, administration, teachers, staff and students; to supply and facilitate parental and community aid to Five Oaks Middle School; and to enhance and augment the basic curriculum environment through volunteerism, fundraising and student enrichment programs.
