Equity Institute develops innovative systems that cultivate culturally responsive schools and communities for all learners through organizational capacity building, policy development, and direct advocacy. EduLeaders of Color R.I. is an initiative of the Equity Institute whose mission is to cultivate spaces for leaders of color invested in dismantling inequities in education, strengthening organizations led by people of color, and fostering community partnerships to create systematic change in education.
