Strength and Agility coach for youth sports. Each program is designed to build the fundamentals of functional strength and performance through developmentally appropriate exercise. Each session will focus on the development of basic athleticism, body control/ awareness, self confidence and much more! We will also discuss proper lifestyle habits, including nutrition, hydration and sleep! My goal is to create a FUN, safe and exciting environment that will instill a passion for movement and physical activity at an early age!
