Durango Dharma Center

http://www.durangodharmacenter.org Monday night sits every week at 5:30 pm, 2530 Colorado Ave. Meditation from 5:30-6:10, followed by a dharma talk until 7:00. All are welcome. Other sitting groups, classes and retreats offered regularly and updated on the dharma center website. The Durango Dharma Center (DDC) was formed in 1991 by a few individuals desiring support in their sitting practice. It is now home to many meditators of all levels of practice with classes for beginner's, families, and those interested in continuing deeper study of the Buddha's teachings. The DDC is Vipassana (Insight) oriented and welcomes meditators and those interested in meditation of any tradition.
